I sent a message, what happens next?
You will receive a response from me within 1 business day, we will book a time for a Zoom or phone call which will allow me to understand your goals and the challenges you're going through. You will also have the opportunity to get to know me. We'll make sure that we're a good match and can succeed in our work together.
Should I prepare something for the discovery call?
It's always helpful if you take the time to consider why you'd like to work with a life coach and what goals you're looking to achieve, they can be short-term or long-term goals. View my blog post titled "Exploring Your Goals" to help you right here.
What happens after the Discovery call?
After the discovery call, you will receive an invoice for the package of your choice, a coaching and confidentiality contract, an intake form, and a calendar invite for our coaching sessions

Some clients know where they want to begin and others have no idea. Both scenarios are completely ok! If you're not sure I will take you through a process that will help you discover and/or prioritize your goals.
